DeBank Terms of Exchange

These terms explain the DeBank interface and supplement, but do not replace, the current FixedFloat Terms of Service.

  1. 01

    Role of DeBank

    DeBank provides the user interface. Cryptocurrency exchange services are performed by FixedFloat. DeBank is not a bank, wallet, custodian or financial adviser.

  2. 02

    Rates and fees

    The displayed quote includes FixedFloat fees, blockchain network fees and a 0.5% DeBank service fee. Float rates may change until the required confirmations are received.

  3. 03

    Order execution

    Send the exact amount once, using the selected asset and network. A required MEMO, Tag or Comment must be included. Sending different assets, networks or multiple transactions may delay processing or cause loss.

  4. 04

    Eligibility

    You confirm that you are of legal age or have the required consent of a legal representative, have legal capacity, are not using the service from Georgia, are neither a citizen nor resident of the United States, are not located in a UN-sanctioned jurisdiction, and may lawfully use cryptocurrency exchange services where you live.

  5. 05

    AML and suspended orders

    FixedFloat may review or suspend a transaction under its AML procedure. If requested, you must contact the FixedFloat security team and provide the information they require.

  6. 06

    Order data

    When you create an order, DeBank records the order details and status history together with your IP address, browser User-Agent, browser language list and selected interface language. These records are encrypted, access-restricted and retained for at least 400 days for order recovery, support, security and compliance, including disclosure to FixedFloat upon a valid request. Do not submit information unrelated to an exchange.

    Risk and responsibility

    Digital assets and exchange rates are volatile. You are responsible for verifying all addresses, networks, amounts, tax obligations and the legality of the exchange before sending funds.

Every exchange remains subject to the current FixedFloat Terms of Service.
