DeBank Terms of Exchange

These terms explain the DeBank aggregator interface and supplement, but do not replace, the current terms of the exchange provider selected for your order.

  1. 01

    Role of DeBank

    DeBank compares available exchange providers and provides the user interface. The selected provider performs the cryptocurrency exchange. DeBank is not a bank, wallet, custodian or financial adviser.

  2. 02

    Rates and fees

    The displayed quote includes the selected provider's fees, blockchain network fees and a 0.5% DeBank service fee. Float rates may change until the required confirmations are received.

  3. 03

    Order execution

    Send the exact amount once, using the selected asset and network. A required MEMO, Tag or Comment must be included. Sending different assets, networks or multiple transactions may delay processing or cause loss.

    Eligibility

    You confirm that you are of legal age or have the required consent of a legal representative, have legal capacity, are not using the service from Georgia, are neither a citizen nor resident of the United States, are not located in a UN-sanctioned jurisdiction, and may lawfully use cryptocurrency exchange services where you live.

    AML and suspended orders

    The selected provider may review or suspend a transaction under its AML procedure. If requested, you must contact that provider and supply the information it requires.

  6. 06

    Order and account data

    When you create an order, DeBank records the provider, order details and status history together with your IP address, browser User-Agent, browser language list and selected interface language. If you create a Partnership account, DeBank also stores your email, referral attribution, reward ledger and withdrawal requests. These records are encrypted, access-restricted and retained for recovery, support, security, payouts and compliance.

    Risk and responsibility

    Digital assets and exchange rates are volatile. You are responsible for verifying all addresses, networks, amounts, tax obligations and the legality of the exchange before sending funds.

Every exchange is subject to the current terms of the provider selected before order creation.
